Reach Mobile is the service provider (a.k.a., the carrier of record) on file with the FCC. We operate our service atop the big-name wireless networks (blue, red, magenta). Reach is responsible for all the customer service, billing and technical operations, while our network partners maintain the underlying network coverage and performance.

You can launch a standard MaaB service for $0 upfront and no monthly minimums. Simply pay for the plan subsidy you offer, and any marketing or promotional content you wish to create. We’ll provide you with a custom sign-up page for employees, a personalized experience in the Reach Mobile app, and a monthly snapshot so you can keep tabs on sign-ups, churn and expenses. Plus, all of the taxation, regulatory filings and customer support are taken care of by Reach — so you don’t have to lift a finger.

When an employee leaves the company, their mobile plan can be seamlessly transitioned to a personal account with Reach Mobile. We take care to ensure there is no disruption in service during the transition process. The employee will retain ownership of their number(s) and any associated plan benefits, and you will no longer be responsible for the cost of their plan.
